Same Direction, Different Steps: The Power of Alignment

“Malik, the problem is that we are just not on the same page.”

“Yep, yep, that all sounds great and I believe in this, but everybody is not onboard.”

“How is any of this going to change if everyone is not on the same bus and in the right seat.”

These are all real statements that I’ve heard in my work with leaders just within the past 60 days. And, they are all valid and speak to a desire to pull people together for a common mission.
